These puree-type fillings have a firm, elastic consistency and withstand mechanical handling without syneresis. They are recommended for use as a core filling in glazed curd bars (glazirovannye syrki) and Russian-style marshmallows (zefir).
Packaging: 5 and 13 kg. Shelf life: 9 months at a temperature of 0 to +25°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
